You should price the home as close as possible to what you think it will sell for. Homes priced too high sit on the market and become stale. Give your home the advantage and price it to sell. Therefor, the larger your closets look the more appealing they will be. If you have to put most of your belongings into storage in order to make your closets spacious, do so. Invest in closet shelving or another organization method. Whatever you choose to do, make sure it doesn’t look over stuffed, but spacious!
