With summer comes vacations for many families across America and I have just returned from one myself. After five days in California I have returned to North Carolina renewed, refreshed, recharged and a little sun burned. I am pleased to report that after browsing some of the Real Estate in CA, we get the biggest bang for our buck here in NC. Homes of comparable size and quality sell for 3-4 times more in California! I feel privileged to live in a state that has not been influenced by the influx of new residents. Prices are still reasonable and the quality of life is just that much more enjoyable. By all means this is my opinion, but I think it’s appropriate!

With three huge universities in the area we have the highest percentage of college graduates ages 25-34 in the United States. Not only is the area growing like mad, but it is young, vibrant, and smart as can be!
