I’ve been known to set such resolutions, but come March 1st I’ve either completely forgotten what I resolved to do or simply gave up because I wasn’t determined enough. For the last three or four years I’ve decided to stop making unresolvable resolutions and instead really break them down and make small changes that are much more realistic.

Last year was successful. I actually wrote a list of about 7 resolutions. I told myself that I didn’t have to complete them all, but to pick them off one at a time. Now that the year has come to and end I am glad to say that I completed 4 of the 7. So this year I will do the same.

I am going to post my list here so that y’all can keep tabs on me. Feel free to post your resolutions too and we can all keep each other motivated.
