Since September roughly 2,000 homes have sold in the $100,000 - $200,000 price range. Roughly 1,000 homes have sold in the $200,000-$300,000 price range. So, those of you who have been trying to decide if you should sell in the $100-$200,000 price point, I say go ahead! These homes have been selling quickly.
